Coconut Crisps



Ingredients -

2 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
3 cups coconut


Preparation:

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon.
Cream butter and gradually add sugars. Continue until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour mixture and milk. Blend well.
Mix in coconut.
Drop from small teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375º for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
