Ingredients - 3 cups Oatmeal 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 teaspoon Soda 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce 3/4 cup Honey 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2/3 cup Raisins Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 275 F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, whole-wheat flour, soda, and nutmeg. 3. Stir in applesauce, honey, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. 4. Stir in raisins. 5. Roll into 30 equal size balls. Flatten each ball to ¼” thickness. 6. Place cookies equal distance apart on cookie sheet. 7. Bake 22-25 minutes. 8. Remove from cookie sheets to cool. |
