Ingredients - 1 cup Butter, softened 1 cup Sugar 2 Eggs 2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 (6 ounces) can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed Sugar for topping Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. 2. Cream butter and sugar in a medium-mixing bowl. 3. Stir in eggs. 4. In a small mixing bowl, sift flour with baking soda. 5. Add flour to the egg mixture, and stir to combine. 6. Add most of the lemonade concentrate and stir to mix well. 7. Drop cookies with teaspoon onto cookie sheet. 8. Bake 8 minutes. 9. Brush cookies with remaining lemonade consentrate. 10. Sprinkle with sugar. |
